Delivery methods

• Courier delivery to the address in Latvia given by the Buyer. The courier agrees the delivery time with the Buyer.
• Consultations and classes are services — they take place in person in Riga or online at an agreed time; nothing is shipped.
• Gift cards are sent electronically to the e-mail address given by the Buyer once payment is received.

Delivery time

We usually deliver within 2–3 working days; we confirm the planned delivery day after receiving your order.

The Seller delivers the goods no later than 20 days after payment is received, agreeing the delivery time with the Buyer.

Delivery charge

The delivery charge depends on the delivery method and address chosen. The exact amount is shown at checkout before payment and is included in the order total. No delivery charge applies to consultations or to gift cards sent electronically.

Delivery procedure

On the day agreed for receiving the goods, the courier contacts the customer before delivery to agree the time. The goods are delivered at the agreed time.

On delivery the courier checks the customer's identity document and hands over the goods with a delivery note to be signed — one copy stays with you, the other goes back to the courier.

If you cannot be at home at the time of delivery, leave a written authorisation with an adult who will accept the goods — it does not need to be notarised. The authorised person must also show an identity document.

Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods by sending the Seller a withdrawal notice.
