Terms of purchase, delivery and withdrawal for the online store.
The legislation of the Republic of Latvia requires the owner of an online shop to set out the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such terms are called a distance contract (Cabinet Regulations).
Distance contract
The seller of the goods offered in this online shop, hereinafter the Seller, on the one hand, and the person placing the order, hereinafter the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Contract:
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.

Delivery and payment
The Buyer orders goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of the goods ordered. The Buyer may pay for the goods using the payment tools built into the online shop, or by paying the invoice for the order prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.
The Seller ensures delivery of the goods within 20 days of receiving payment for them, agreeing the delivery time with the Buyer.
Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods by sending the Seller a withdrawal letter. The Seller sends the withdrawal form to the Buyer by e-mail at the Buyer's request.
The Buyer must return the goods to the Seller within 14 days of sending the withdrawal letter. All costs of returning the goods to the Seller are borne by the Buyer.
The Buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal if:
- the goods ordered cannot be returned by their nature, or they spoil quickly or are quickly consumed;
- the goods ordered were made specifically for the Buyer to an individual order;
- the Buyer has opened the packaging of an audio recording, video recording or computer program.
Section 12, Paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia provides that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period for exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer's withdrawal or to withhold compensation if the goods are damaged, have been handled carelessly or contrary to the instructions during use, if the original packaging has been lost or if the packaging is substantially damaged.

Payments
The Buyer can pay for an order with Mastercard and Visa payment cards through the payment system built into the online shop, or by paying the invoice sent by e-mail. All prices are in euro (EUR) and include value added tax.
Data processing
By entering the required information and placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the data they provide is used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of Latvian law. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees to receive notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order at the e-mail address provided.

Delivery rules
On the day agreed with the customer for receiving the goods, the courier contacts the customer before delivery and agrees the delivery time. The goods are delivered at the agreed time.
On delivery, the courier checks the identity document presented by the customer and hands over the goods with a delivery note, which must be signed; one copy stays with the customer and the other is returned to the courier.
If you cannot be at home at the time of delivery, leave a written authorisation for an adult who will accept the goods — the authorisation does not need to be notarised. The authorised person must also present an identity document.
