Description
A handmade sadhu board for nail-standing: an intense, grounding practice of focus and presence used to release tension and train the mind.
Material: painted plywood, zinc-coated nails, magnets.
Start with short sessions on a soft surface with support nearby; step on slowly with weight even across both feet. The nail pitch (step) determines intensity — a smaller step is gentler.
